Presidential Directives

The Zambian new president has made a lot of directives since assuming office and not to mention the many that have been fired to install a new operating system. Just a like a computer upgrade, when there is a new operating system, all the old programmes good or bad are removed. No are directives made by His Excellence the President, subject to debate or objection if the people feel they are not in their best interest? Or is the President UNOPPOSABLE?
